What Quetz accesses

When a creator installs Quetz, the service may process creator Discord identity, one selected Discord server, new message text/basic metadata from explicitly selected channels, authorized Patreon campaign/tier/member relationship information, connected Discord identifiers when Patreon provides them, and creator feedback.

Quetz does not intentionally collect Patreon member email addresses, street addresses, phone numbers or payment-card data. It does not import historical Discord messages during the pilot.

Why

To determine whether a message matches attention preferences, add relevant membership context, create private alerts/digests, measure pilot quality, and debug failures.

Semantic processing

Quetz sends the minimum message text/context needed to a semantic decision provider.

Quetz uses TypeSafe AI to assess potential alerts. This involves processing selected message text, relevant context, and membership information. Read TypeSafe AI’s privacy policy.

Human review during pilot

If creator consents, operator may manually review flagged/candidate events for debugging and quality. No unrelated use.

Retention

Raw monitored message content retained no more than 7 days during pilot. Event/feedback data may remain through limited pilot evaluation unless deletion requested earlier.

For a continued subscription, event and feedback data may remain through the subscription and the configured retention period after the last paid period ends. Billing references are removed with workspace deletion. Creem maintains its own financial records under its privacy policy.

Model training

Customer community messages are not used to train Quetz's general models.

Sharing

Only service providers needed to operate the product. Community message data is not sold.

Subprocessors

  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure: hosting.
  • Cloudflare R2: storage for our encrypted database backups.
  • TypeSafe: semantic decision provider.
  • Creem: subscription checkout, payments, invoices, and the customer portal. Quetz sends a workspace reference; community messages and Patreon member data are not sent to Creem. Quetz stores billing identifiers, subscription status, and billing period dates. Payment details are collected and managed by Creem.

Security

TLS in transit, encrypted sensitive credentials/raw message content at rest, restricted operator access.

Controls

Creators can change channels, disconnect Discord/Patreon, request workspace deletion.
